Arbor Day was Friday, April 30, 2010 on Capitol Square, Richmond   (left photo: participants in Arbor Day) Right: Lin Diacont describes the benefits of trees, as VGIC President Lorene Blackwood and Secretary of Agriculture & Forestry, Todd Haymore look on.
